Shipping Refunds & Returns

At Blome Research, we strive to provide excellent customer service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Shipping may take up to 14 days if there is an issue with USPS. Orders are processed same day or up to 2 days after being placed if during a weekend. Shipping times vary from 2-6 days in most cases.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
• Refunds may be granted for product defects, order errors, or valid reasons (excluding buyer’s remorse).
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved refunds.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
